01. Plan Review
We start by reviewing your plans, project details, scope of work and timeline. When needed, we may also review the site to understand the conditions, ask the right questions, and make sure everyone is aligned from the beginning.
02. Estimate & Agreement
Once the details are clear, we provide pricing and prepare the contract. Simple projects can often be quoted quickly, while larger builds may take about a week to review properly and price accurately.
03. Build With the Right Crew
Once the plan is in place, our crew gets to work with the skill, attitude and professionalism that make Margetak Customs easy to work with. We keep the site moving, treat people with respect and maintain a positive work environment without compromising quality.
FEATURED PROJECT
1956 Bungalow Renovation
& Addition
Located in Calgary, Alberta, this project completely transformed a 1956 bungalow, combining the original home's character with a substantial renovation and added living space.
The home was fully reworked from the inside out, with major updates completed throughout and a 400 sq. ft. addition incorporated into the existing footprint. The result is a refreshed, more functional home designed for modern living while maximizing the original structure.

This renovation involved reworking the existing bungalow to better meet the homeowners’ needs while adding an additional 400 sq. ft. The project required careful coordination between the original structure and the new construction to create one cohesive finished space.

Working with a home originally built in 1956 meant adapting the renovation around an existing structure rather than starting from scratch. The addition and interior changes were completed with attention to how the old and new areas connected, both functionally and visually.

The home was updated throughout with new electrical, plumbing and interior finishes. Together, these changes gave the space a much more current feel while supporting the larger renovation and addition.
